Make a Quick and Easy Sleep Mask
I am on a mission to DIY some Christmas gifts and want to teach you how to make a quick and easy sleep mask. These masks block out light at night and keep your eyes from drying out. You can whip out at least five of these in one afternoon. Let’s go!!!
Supply List:
Fabric – Quality Cotton Fabric, Flannel- 9 3/4″ x 5″

Cutting:
Cut 1 of quality fabric and cut 1 of flannel at the same time
Also cut 1 of fusible fleece
You need 12″ of matching elastic
Construction of make a quick and easy sleep mask:
Next, Iron on fusible fleece to center of quality fabric.
Sewing:
Add elastic to sides and clip on. Use pattern to see placement.
Sew elastic down using 1/4″ seams.
Place flannel right sides together on cotton fabric and clip together.
Stitch 1/4″ seam leaving an opening to turn.
Trim curves with pinking shears, or notch the curves with scissors. Notch the nose area.
Turn inside out.
Press.
Topstitch 1/8″ around entire mask, making sure to keep the elastic out of the way.
Time to put it on and get some well needed sleep!
